At Tacfire, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and any included accessories. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to place a new order after your return request has been approved and processed.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products showing excessive wear, damage, or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

  • Accidental damage caused after delivery


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must remain unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing times may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
